- 4-hour BUI Enforcement/Seated SFST RefresherCourse
For officers who have already received training through either the Comprehensive or Essentials course. The refresher will help officers recall the fundamentals about the three BUI detection phases and will sharpen their skills related to the administration and evaluation of subject performance on the Seated SFSTs. - 12-hour Advanced BUI Detection and Enforcement Training Course
For officers who have already received training in BUI enforcement and the SFSTs. This course properly equips maritime law enforcement officers with the knowledge and tools needed to be more effective at BUI enforcement when it comes to impairment from drugs, or a combination of drugs and alcohol. A “green lab” video is utilized so officers can observe individuals under the influence of cannabis for clues and cues of impairment.

- 14-hour Essentials of BUI Detection and Enforcement Course
For officers who are new to enforcing BUI laws and have already received training in DUI enforcement and the standing SFSTs. This course properly equips new maritime law enforcement officers with the knowledge and tools needed to be effective at BUI enforcement. For officers never trained in BUI enforcement or who need a BUI refresher course. Officers who haven't had a refresher course recently should consider attending. - 24-hour BUI Train-the-Trainer Course
This three-day course is designed for marine law enforcement officers who wish to teach other officers the BUI Course. Participants must have proof of instructor development training. This course focuses on taking an officer who has already developed skills at instructing and preparing them to specifically teach BUI courses, including the seated battery of SFSTs transition.
