Life Jacket Dashboards

With grant funding from the Sport Fish Restoration & Boating Trust Fund administered by the U.S. Coast Guard, these Boating Safety Dashboards provide ready access to U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) and state-level recreational boating safety (RBS) data for evidence-based program enhancements. Dashboard illustrations are developed using unique boating accident report database (BARD) data from individual states not readily available or published at the national level. Within dashboards, scroll over or click on individual charts and graphics to drill down to additional detail or for side-by-side comparisons. To return to the home page after drilling down, click on the back arrow icon at the base of the chart or graphic (when illustrated). If you have trouble viewing a dashboard, make sure you're using the latest version of your web browser. Users with visual impairment or anyone wanting to see tables of the data may click on "Text Version" link under each dashboard.
