Any vessel 25' or greater. They must provide a MCO, out of state title, Coast Guard Builders Certification USCG 1261. Otherwise, they must have the vessel registered in their name for 3 years uninterrupted and then can obtain a title. Any vessel under 24' can be titled but it is not required. Same title requirements.
