To get from Anchorage to Seward there are a few options:
Train
The train departs Anchorage at 6:45 AM arriving Seward at 11:20 AM. Train departs Seward at 6:00 PM arrives Anchorage at 10:15 PM. To get from Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC) to the Alaska Railroad Depot (411 W 1st Ave), we suggest the People Mover bus (Route 40) for cheap, direct transit (around 20-30 mins), or a taxi/rideshare (Uber/Lyft) for faster, door-to-door service (10-15 mins), as the depot is downtown and requires connecting from the airport.

Car Rental
Numerous car rental options are available throughout Anchorage, including several agencies located at or near Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. Renting a vehicle can be a convenient way to explore Anchorage and the surrounding areas during your visit.
Flights
Limited and uncertain of availability. The most recent carrier serving the airport ceased operations due to financial issues, which has created some uncertainty around regularly scheduled service.
Travelers should check with major airlines and nearby airports when planning their trip and confirm flight availability in advance, as schedules and service options may change.
