The Colorado River Law Enforcement Association is one of the biggest and oldest recreational boating safety and officer-focused forums in the west. The 2024 CRLEA will be January 17-18, 2024 and changes venue to the London Bridge Resort in Lake Havasu City, Arizona.
Vendor display sponsorships allow CRLEA to occur with zero cost registration for the attendees. In return, your company will be listed in the 2024 Conference Program and receive a draped six-foot vendor table with two chairs inside the conference convention center. Most tables will have electricity if you need it. In addition, during the conference you will be provided a minute or two of microphone time to introduce your company and present featured products. At CRLEA, your organization will have the opportunity to discuss your products face-to-face with approximately 200 boating law enforcement officers and recreational boating safety professionals, broaden your contacts with the recreational boating community, increase your awareness of new and critical recreational boating safety issues, present your products and services to the people who make buying decisions and demo your company’s products and/or boats on Lake Havasu to the watercraft patrol officers who work on the water. Due to membership suggestions, extended break periods will be included in the conference agenda so officers have more opportunities to speak to vendors without missing any conference topics.

BOOK YOUR HOTEL ROOM
A limited block of rooms have been reserved at the London Bridge Resort. Please call the resort and mention the conference to book your room at a rate of $98.00 + tax, per room, per night.
To receive the group rate, you must book your room no later than December 17, 2023. .

EXHIBITOR HOURS AND INFORMATION
The conference will be split between three days starting at 3PM (Arizona time) on Tuesday, January 16, 2024 with a static display of vessels and equipment. Vendors may set up starting at 1PM on January 16. The conference will be classroom oriented for the daytime of January 17. This is where exhibitors will be able to display their equipment and directly interact with all attendees. The evening of January 17 will provide an opportunity for nighttime demonstration of equipment as desired by vendors. January 18 will provide daytime opportunities for on-the-water demonstrations of vessels and equipment from approximately 9AM to 12PM for all vendors interested. Electricity will be available to exhibitor tables as needed, but please bring extra power bars and extension cords as back-ups.

CRLEA participants always look forward to boat or product demos and our conference location is on the edge of Lake Havasu.
Please advise Danny Rodriguez at 928.525.4380 if you are bringing a boat for display or if would like to conduct a demo on the water. Coordination of parking and launch facilities are being organized between both public and law enforcement secured areas as required.
RAFFLE ITEMS
Throughout the conference raffle tickets will be sold to help defray the cost of the conference. We are requesting that all vendors provide raffle items for this purpose. If you have any items your company would like to contribute, please bring your donations with you when you set up and one of the organizers will be happy to assist you with locating the raffle item table.
REGISTRATION BAG INSERTS
If you have any small items that you would like to include in each of the registration bags, or if your company would like to donate ID badge lanyards, please let Tammie Frost (NDOW), tfrost@ndow.org know at your earliest convenience. We can incorporate them into the registration bags depending upon how and where they are shipped.
