The Lighthouse was imagined and developed by NASBLA's Engineering, Reporting and Analysis Committee (ERAC). Committee members envisioned a place where an expanded community of producers and users of recreational boating incident report and other boating data could tap into needed resources and interact with each other to navigate the sometimes-rough waters of understanding and applying that data to critical boating safety questions.
