The Colorado River Law Enforcement Association
is one of the biggest and oldest recreational boating safety and officer-focused forums in the west. This year, the 2020 CRLEA Conference will be January 28 – 29, and returns to the Aquarius Casino Resort
in Laughlin, Nevada.
Vendor display sponsorships allow CRLEA to occur with zero cost registration for the attendees. In return, your company will be listed in the 2020 conference program and receive a draped, six foot vendor table with two chairs inside the workshop meeting room (Pavilion A Ballroom). Tables will have electricity if you need it
. Bring extra power strips and extension cords as backup.
In addition, during the conference, you will be provided a minute or two of microphone time to introduce your company and present featured products. AT CRLEA, YOUR ORGANIZATION WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- discuss your products face-to-face with approximately 180 to 200 boating law enforcement officers and recreational boating safety professionals,
- broaden your contacts with the recreational boating community,
- increase your awareness of new and critical recreational boating safety issues,
- present your products and services to the people who make buying decisions, and
- demo your company products and boats on the Colorado River with the watercraft patrol officers who work on the water.
Due to membership suggestions, extended break periods will be included in the conference agenda so officers have more opportunities to speak to vendors without missing any conference topics. ADDITIONAL COMPANY SPONSORSHIPS AVAILABLE
If your company wishes to further support the CRLEA conference, sponsorships of conference refreshments, hospitality room foods, morning coffee or continental breakfast items are available. Contact Tim Baumgarten,
Arizona Game and Fish Department, for hotel prices and options. Signage identifying sponsorship will be prominently displayed.REGISTER FOR CONFERENCE

Colorado River Law Enforcement Association Conference (Jan 28-29, 2020)
Aquarius Casino Resort - Business Center
1900 S. Casino Dr.
Laughlin, NV 89029
CRLEA participants always look forward to boat or product demos and the Colorado River is within walking distance. Please advise if you are bringing a boat to display or would like to conduct a demo on the river. Boat parking is in the boat lot area, west of the parking garage, located south of the main lobby entrance. The lot has large, double, pull-through spaces for watercraft.
For demos, the free public launch ramp on the Colorado River is located north of Riverside Casino -- a one minute drive or five minute walk along the River Walk. River levels sometimes vary, but generally can accommodate most patrol boat models.
Throughout the conference raffle tickets will be sold to help defray the cost of the conference. All vendors are asked to provide raffle items. Bring donations with you when you setup and an organizer will direct you to the raffle item table.
REGISTRATION BAG INSERTS
If you have any small items that you would like to include in each of the registration bags, or if your company would like to donate ID badge lanyards, contact Tammie Frost.
IF YOU ARE A NEW VENDOR
Submit a high resolution company logo for the conference program and posters to Ty Hunter.
Thanks to you, the CRLEA conference continues to grow in size, scope and professionalism every year and the Quad-State Boating Law Administrators wish to personally thank you in advance for your support for another successful CRLEA Conference. Feel free to share this information with companies and partners you routinely work alongside. Thank you for your time and we hope to see you there!
